Very nice...just followed you from Tescos petrol station at grove green to the Hilton roundabout wheels looked real nice Was gonna follow a bit further but my petrol light was on as the petrol station was too busy for me to wait

Was a good day, I came over and had a look around everyone's zeds but didn't really talk to anyone , went right down into the pits though and got a well good spot for the drifts.

Plenty of GTRs about which I got loads of pics of but it was so hot and as usual I got burnt big time so left about half 3

Borderlands is awesome, played it once co-op with a mate for hours, good laugh running about and shooting everything up. I really wanna buy Mario Galaxy 2, Red Dead Redemption and the new Pokemon

But instead i'm going through all the games i've bought over the last couple of years and never played...Dragon Quest 8 at the moment, brilliant J-RPG, WSC Real 09 (Snooker) and leedle bit of WoW again

Agreed - Though surely the Avons arn't quite ditch finders though?? They really don't seem that bad to me.....

Can the Standard 17" wheels fit over the Brembos?

Was meant to get my GT4 wheels put on Saturday as well but the place I'm getting the new tyres from didn't get them in, in time, next weekend instead now, be a nice finishing touch.

Got my car back from the body shop on Saturday and I'm well happy with the result

Looks brand new again got the spoiler painted/fitted too

I had a K2 fitted a couple of weeks ago, I was a bit dubious after hearing about fitment issues but luckily no problems for me Can't compare to UK Stock though as I went from a JDM box to this, which meant big difference

Anyone had any experience with Avon ZZ3s? Thinking about putting them on, seem like a good set of mids

At the mo I got the pants 17" ones which are almost the same weight as the new wheels so shouldn't affect it much (in theory )

That is a big difference in weight but if I'm honest, I bought the wheels purely on looks

Also you say 40 profile is ok, do you run 40? Would probably look a bit better than 45 but then I want good wear and correct speed/mileage etc.

Just had a look on 350z-tech and it has this info:

Rays:

Front

Size: 18x8.0

Offset: +30mm

Weight: 18.19lbs

Tire: 225/45/18

Rear

Size: 18x8.5

Offset: +33mm

Weight: 18.62lbs

Tire: 245/45/18

GT4:

Front

Size: 18x8.0

Offset: +30mm

Weight: 24.4

Tire: 225/45/18

Rear

Size: 18x8.5

Offset: +33mm

Weight: 25.8

Tire: 245/45/18

So going by that, both wheels are the same except in weight, has same tyre size which is good too.

Seems good to me, just tried them sizes out and there's a much smaller radius difference.

I've just got a set fo GT4 wheels that come with tyres (which need replacing anyway) but the tyres at the mo are:

F - 235/40/18 and my current tyres on the Zed are - 225/50/17

R - 245/35/18 and my current tyres on the Zed are - 235/50/17

But putting this into http://www.tyresave.co.uk/tyresize.html says that the rears will be out by like ~5%, putting a rear of 245/40/18 seems to put it back to around 1.5-2% difference in radius, anyone know why the rears at the mo have 245/35/18s on??

Any help would be good as I'm looking to get the new tyres on the wheel/wheels on my car asap but obviously don't wanna affect the car in a bad way with the wrong tyres!

I have a JDM Zed but just bought a set of GT4 wheels to put on so fancy getting some locking wheel nuts.

i would'nt think so if not whats the point

Yep, I like them on a sunset Nows not really the time for buying wheels with my car going into the body shop, insurance last weekend and just put a new exhaust on, might have to find room on the credit card for some haha.

Anyone seen or got any pics of a sunset in the GT4 wheels, I really like the look of the wheels but just can't find a pic of them on a sunset Zed . They rarely come up for sale and never know wether to commit or not as I don't know if they'd look good with my car.

Yup it's the whole 3 panels that need a respray, got a good price from a mates mate who I hear does really good jobs.

Once it's all done I think now I'll deffinately be putting it in the garage from now on without fail!

Decided to put a few pics up of the scratch, it doesn't look so bad from the pictures but it's a deep one. No need for the nail test for depth, you can feel this with your fingers, it's sunny in the pictures which made it hard for my phone to pick up too:

Getting my K2 put on as I type this and also got it booked into the body shop in a couple of weeks time, got a good price on spraying the 3 panels, also getting my Spoiler fitted while it's in the body shop!

Can't wait for it all to get fixed, then I can finally start saving for the new wheels

It's my pride and joy and when you've invested time and money looking after something and this happens it's very annoying.

Know what you mean though, someone keyed my car all the way a long one side, some people just don't give a crap about other people's property.

Just went for a quick drive in the Z to get some batteries (coulda walked 5 mins down the road but decided a 1-2 mile drive was in order to get them), after getting back and parked up I noticed the passenger side has a long key mark going half way a long the car!!

Don't know when it was done but some scum bags had a good go at it.

So really pi**ed off about it at the mo but also wondering what kinda things can be done, are key scratch's the sort of thing that can be easily touched up in a body shop or are they pretty serious to get sorted out depending on size?
