my work has a red or yellow square in the window with my payroll number in it, i would tell them to stuff it up thier arse. alternatively you could only put it up when in work premesis which would be acceptable i suppose

The only thing I am aware of the you have to have in your windscreen is a valid tax disc..

How is it a security measure? Surely all they need to know is your registration. We dont even have the company name on our passes.

This year the place I work decided to bring in a security measure where they say"you have to have a sticker in your windscreen with the companies name on it"

Since getting my Zed, they are trying to enforce this on me even more..

Well its only a factory making food, i don't work for Mi5 or anything..

Does anyne agree that its wrong to be told to have the companies name stuck in the windscreen of my Zed?

Fair enough I will keep it in my pocket and show it if asked, but I refuse for my Zed to be a rolling advert..

bronzee, that one had a poor paint job on the rear hence the peeling.

 

bounty - only my garage at the top of the drive now with my tools in. Still like to do a few bits as a hobby now but not in the motor trade any longer.

 

the black z - cancelled on me. viewed a blue one on autotrader whioch had again been painted on the rear and had a worrying loud bang from the gearbox area which went when clutch depressed, suggesting fly wheel. The hunt continues ...

Is 10K your absoulute budget??

I got a very nice example last week for £11,650 53 with 39k a GT..

Maybe if you can be flexable it would be worth a bit extra??

It is an anti hijack precaution. Stops low life jumping in your car as you open it. It also is locked at traffic lights and whatever. I would leave it on 2 it is a great idea.

i didn't think it could be a motor problem or it wouldn't open from the door button..

Just noticed a niggly thing on my Zed..

The passanger door lock does not unlock with the remote..

It locks with the remote and unlock and locks with the door button on the drivers side..

Any ideas anyone??

I just got my Zed on Thursday..

When you find the right car for you the you'll never look back..

I'll get my brother to take some with his camera its really good quailty..

Working all weekend so it will be next week..

Still my drive to work will be more exciting now..

I just can't stop looking at my Zed..

Been showing it off to a few mates...

My brother will be round soon.

Another excuise for a drive

press the on button,

get up to the speed you want,

then using the accel/decel toggle switch, click it down once to "set"

 

a new light will come on the dash saying its active.

Got my Zed this afternoon..

Really happy with it..

Just one quick question...

How does the cruise controll work..

I have pressed it and got it to light up on the dash..

Is there something I'm missing??

You won't missed the TT bud..it's too common..no where near as quick and stunning as the Zed

YeahI know.. had the TT remaped so its quicker then a standard one at 267 bhp.. not qute as much as the zed..

Yeah all set up.. just hope he has done that little dent in left rear wheel arch

Fingers crossed, I'll be in the zed tommrrow..

A bit sad to see the TT go.

Hopfully i won't be coming posting probems to often on here.

At last got one I am really happy with..

Is the one at Ripley its low milage he's giving me £6250 for my TT and a tank of petrol and a 6 months warrenty..

The only minor thing that I have put down in writting subect to sale is the back wheen arch has a small dent, that he said he'll attend to before i pick the car up Thursday afternoon...

The interior of the car is imaculate..

Roll on Thursday...
