Need to change a front side light bulb could anyone tell me if access is under wheel arch?

Im in Mansfield Notts, not sure how to get pictures up

just read replies to replacing indicater bulb and could someone tell me if im right to assume the side light bulb has to be changed from behind the wheel arch cover
