You got oil in the engine right lol? Ticking noise can be the fuel dampers. Also the the flywheel and release bearing on the clutch tend to be noisy at times.
I do a lot of the work myself but last time I used a garage local to myself (Shotgate Motors) as I know the owner. AmD Essex was where I always took my last car. They are located in Thurrock, next to ikea, Lakeside .
