talking of "Top gear"
has anyone seen Rainbow does "Top Gear" on yuotube?

Not any good on chrome, bare metal wheels but should be fine on all painted surfaces. Is this totally safe for any type of wheels? If you want something 100% safe on everything I'd look at the Wolfs Chemicals (but they are not dilutable, and dont offer the same value as the Espuma Revolution does).
cheers mate

I have up for sale my car cover. I bought this in November last year and it set be back the best part of £200.
This is not a cheapo halfords special but is a quality custom fit cover and is in as new condition. it fits the coupe or the roadster. Fully waterproof and breatheable.
I paid extra to have the locking kit which is a steel cable that goes under the car and secures with a padlock, i also paid extra to have the alarm kit. This fits neatly into the front of the cover and goes off if the cover is lifted.
For more info please have a look at this http://www.coveryourcar.co.uk/stormforce.htm
I would ilke £130 + postage but i am open to sensible offers. email paul@redcupra.net
if you would like more photos please let me know

I wonder if Jon Bishop was so good round the track because he was taught by a different stig?

Or is it the new car which I think is a Kia
yep, its a kia ceed, i think thats how you spell it

i personally think the whole format for top gear needs to change.
The star in a reasonably price car is getting a bit boring now. hammond is getting annoying as you say with him always going on about porsche.
what would be nice is some kind of hybrid program which is a combination of top gear and fith gear.

I think he was just standing in until new stig came about. He was on top gear when it first started
next thing we will be seeing quentin wilson

Is Abbey Motorosport a bit too far for you to go?
I had excellent service when i went there, prices are pretty good too

I was with Privledge and then switched to Admiral as they were cheaper.
Dont think you can go too far wrong with either of those

That Skoda did look good.
They seem to have shaken off the old image since they have been owned by VW.

I've got it on the 911, and it's pretty good value if I use it. Up to five claims (5x tyre, 5x wheel refurb) in 3 years, so I'll use the tyre claims as and when needed but save the wheel claims right up until it's about to run out, then I'll get all four done. On 19" diamond cut wheels finished in black, it's already saved me a fortune if I do that.
Hope you dont mind me asking, but where did you purchase it from and how much did it cost?
-
i had a friend who told me of a friend that had tyre insurance, his tread was low, so he shoved a nail in it, let it go flat, then drove it so it scrubbed the edges badly, then claimed off it, they questioned it at first, but he explained that if the tyre goes flat or loses pressure then it would scrub the edges.
sounds fishy when i said a friend of a friend, but it wasnt me, i can get tyres pretty cheap and fit them myself, so never had a problem with getting them.
I was thinking the same thing. How are they to know if you "accidently" ran over a nail?

Makes me sick to see how much they have dropped in price...
perhaps i should get rid of mine before i make an even bigger loss!
I have had mine up for sale on pistonheads for the last 2 weeks. Only one "interested" person which insulted me with the offer. I looked at part exchanges too and i really hate to say it but i was literally giving it away.
If its totally imaculate (which mine is) you will get 10k partx tops. I tried 4 garages when looking to get rid of mine.

When i park mine outside and the local cats took a liking to it, i got a car cover. I notice yours is inside so you could get a cheaper one that doesnt need to be waterproof etc
Cats dont like Jeyes fluid smell, but not sure you woudl want to put that inside?

Morning All,
Wonder if you can help
My car is 4 years old and needs a P3 service its on about 24k miles at the moment. I am getting very confused over what is included and what isnt and the price variations that i have been quoted dont help much either as i think this just clouds the water even more.
Beadles in Maidstone have quoted £360 all in
Abbey Motorsport, which is a bit further away have quoted £306 all in
Kai Performance in Aylesford have quoted £200 all in
what would you recommend?
regards
Paul
