    I dont like red cars..

    What colour do you suggest?

    I like the blue.... :boat:

  2. ha thanks... not a cheap one either :p

couldnt resist after the OP's "driving the 350 is better than sex thread"!

In all seriousness i'm a little gutted i never got to fit it to a car... keeping it to see if it will go on the next lol!

  3. I'm afraid i'm no tyre size guru... especially with 19s! May have been able to help with 18's having gone through the buying new wheels and tyres motions fairly recently, do a search for tyre sizes and 19s, or look in the wheel & tyre section, of course the sizes will vary depending on widths but it should give you good idea :)

Basically you want the rolling radius of the wheel tyre combo to be as close to the stock rolling radius as possible :)

  4. I gotta say out of the two I prefer the rays :)

I actually think 18's suit the Z better than 19's anyway when lowered enough (which in my opinion yours is) sell both and buy a nice set of 18x10's for the rear and 18x9's for the front

Car looks really good by the way :)

  5. Hi Guys,

Bit of a random one, what do you think the best way of being able to learn how to paint cars etc, with the possibilty of taking these skills into a paid profession - are there recognised qualifications etc, or would trying to find some form of apprenticeship (sp?) be the best approach?

This is purely research at the moment, but has sprung from the fact that I seem to be finding it pretty tough going to find a job where I can use my Degree in Marketing and really want to get a proper career going. I've not ruled Marketing/PR/Events out by any meens, but thought it'd be worth just seeing what other opportunities may be out there :)

  6. Thanks Ian, I was counting on you answering

You wouldn't happen to know what size spigot I would need then would you? Which dealer would you suggest using?

Will post pics of the car when it's in my possession :) but i just added a pic of one of the wheels.... does that count?

  7. Hi Guys,

Wondering if any of you wheel guru's would be able to provide the answer to this potentially simple question:

I have recently purchased a set of Volk GTU 2Pc Split Rims for my new car (PS13 with 5Stud conversion - presumably from a later s14...) But they did not come with any spigot rings - wondering if anyone knows the standard bore for Volk/Rays wheels? Assuming there is a "standard" size they use?

Next question of course is what size spigots i need and of where to buy them from - not bothered about them being original Rays or anything!

This is one of the rear wheels:

    Thanks
