  1. Saw this yesterday, never seen a bright orange in the flash, man it was brght!! I was in the Gunmetal roadster behind you
  2. There is a small tyre shop in Ewell in Surrey called "KP tyres" I have been going there years, they can get you any brand and will beat virtually every price. Try them if its local for you
  3. I was in Dubai last week and there were Infinitis everywhere, the Jeep I think its the EX37 is a stunner, but from some angles quite weird too!! The G37 is a great looking car though..
  4. Thats a stunning colour, got any pics? Welcome
  5. Whats the overall speed differential like, does it feel hugely faster in say a straight, up to 60, through twisties, etc?? Also, I guess some pics would be good
  6. I saw one of these in Dubai recently, looked stunningly mean, very cool and way better than a normal GTR
  7. I was in the Gun metal roadster Was nice having a blast with you
  8. Hi My 2006 Roadster has the factory fitted reversing sensors fitted to it, I noticed yesterday whilst nearly reversing into the wifes car that they weren't working. Yet this morning they were working again!! Is this a known problem and should it be warranty covered? Its not really something I use, much prefer to use my eyes and brain, but as its fitted, i would like it owkring properly. Thanks
  9. Thanks in contact with Oilman now, man he gets around He said 5/40, so will get some Motul I expect, used that before and liked it on other cars What about the pressure, what shoudl I be looking at once warm, in traffic, under load etc Also, how much oil do I need for an oil change Thanks
  10. Hi all Just had my roadster a few days now, and now have a few questions regarding oil! 1. What pressure is normal in normal driving conditions and rest, etc? 2. What oil should I be using for an oil change? Are there any group buys, or do you have Oilman round these parts as well! 3. How much oil does it drink, I regulary check my cars oil, but being a new car I don;t know what I should be looking for in terms of how much it gets through? Thanks
  11. Can we order other bits as well, as I would quite like a price on kick plates, luggage net and car mats? Reckon they could bundle it all in together?
  12. I have a few questions already 1. Whats the best way to clean bird poo off the soft top 2. I would like some aloominum kick plates, I see there are some on the bay going for £50 approx, is that a good price? 3. Where can I get some proper mats from, there are some on the bay again for about £40, they say official ones, so I gues sthese would be OK, or anywhere else? Thanks
  13. I know I have already posted a few times, but I thought I would say hello for real, as now I am a proud owner of a Roadster I picked her up this morning.. Click me for more pics I got a great deal, a warranty, and she is spotlessly clean and good mileage, taxed, so all in all not too shabby. So am very happy, so now a new owner lives in Surrey
  14. Yeah I agree, I am gonna look at it, but with some caution.. Where do you get yours serviced Ebized?
  15. Yeah the guy tried to tell me its every 9k milers and not every year!! But he said he would consider knocking money off for the next servce! What about the exhausts is that normal?
  16. Hey Guys My friend went to see that one in Cambridgshire and it looks very straight... Just a couple of issues, which I wonder if anyone can shed any light on? It is a 2006 car, but only has one service which was August 2007, and hasn't had one since, its only on 16k mile snow, do the services go every 9000 irrespective of time, or has it missed one. The wheels are pretty curbed, but I guess this can be sorted easily. Tyres are different front to back, dunlop rears, bridgestone fronts, will this need changing? Finally, the exhausts were discoloured, does this mean anything like over fuleeling or anything or are all cars like this and nothing to worry about? Thanks, I think this is the one
  17. Is there a buyers guide for things to look for / listen to, etc.. A friend is going to look at the one in Linds for me and has never looked at one before. Thanks
  18. Yes, we all like a bargain, but sometimes its not worth the wait or hassle, and for a good car you have to pay good money.
  19. Hey all, well this weekend was a complete washout, never got anywhere near any cars So am now booked in to see this one http://www.dcautomobiles.com/used-cars/ ... -z-gt-pack on Friday, but I am aware that this is a little overpriced, I would only go for it if around 17k I think. But then this one caught my eye today, which is near my fiancees parents, so we could combine this with a journey to the outlaws http://www.sdsc.co.uk/Nissan350Z/Page1.htm Whats peoples views on the second one at £16.5k Its one owner, good mileage, still in warranty, 6 months tax Any views? Thanks
  20. Yeah I thought that, esp when at the same garage they have a coupe, same year for £2500 less!!! I reckon at £17k I would think about it. I never got out today, but am booked in to see the silver one tomorrow lunch time
  21. Thanks Just got to wait for the missus to return from shopping and then we are off
  22. Balls and bigger balls... Managed to get the ST fixed super fast, it was the alternator, so £423 later the ST is back with me. I had already called the garage on Wed to arrange a viewing of the blue one above today, they said no problem, so I ring this morning to say I am on my way in, and they had just taken a deposit 30 seconds earlier so its back ot the drawing board again now So today I will be hoping ot look at this one http://www.dcautomobiles.com/used-cars/ ... -z-gt-pack But I would want a grand off of that if I could Or this one http://www.nmjmotorhouse.co.uk/used_car ... e_1823.htm But thats 90 min drive away.. Wish me luck
  23. Grrrr effing typical I am all geared up to have a look at the blue one on saturday , and have pretty much convinced myself that I will buy it assuming a fair pex is given agsinst my Focus ST, and what happens, the chuffing alternator gave up on the ST this morning and is now currently residing in Fords garage in Epsom! I only hope that they can fix it quick enough today / tomorrow and I can still get there. Although I will go without the ST and still have a look and maybe lay a deposit down.
