  1. Right i have for sale my head unit, single din with cubby, and wiring for the steering wheel controls and aerial adapter. All you need to do is cut three wires for the steering wheel controls and the rest is done saving you some serious time! This cd player also has ipod control and parrot bluetooth as standard.

    the spec:

The Alpine CDE-114BTi receiver features a metallic grey finish with CD playback combined with Bluetooth hands-free, iPod and USB control. The head unit offers full speed connection for iPod and iPhone and provides complete seamless control over all media sources whilst on the move.

The CDE-114BTi has a built in Parrot Bluetooth module, offering the convenience of having phone conversations through the system and can be updated to support future handset models. It enables you to display the phonebook, received calls, display missed calls and dialled numbers. The receiver's built-in Bluetooth capabilities let you take your phone calls through the receiver while you keep your hands on the wheel.

The CDE-114BTi is compatible with all later generation iPods and iPhones on the marketplace (cable included) and provides the same ‘Quick Search’ function where music can be located by album, artist, song, play-list, genre, audio book or composer. The Alpine CDE114BTi also has a front USB port for use with memory sticks, and contains a dust cover so the port can be closed when not in use.

The receiver also features a front 3.5mm AUX input for ultimate flexibility and you can tune the stereo's sound with the audio controls. Two sets of preamp outputs ease the job of adding external amplifiers to your system.

This is for bose models but no idea if it makes a difference for uk or jdm. It was fitted to a 2004 UK car.

  2. i did sell it in ten minutes? some people know what they are looking for so dont need a picture. If i was after something then i would be the first to send a PM saying that i will buy it.

there are plenty of threads on here that dont have pictures with users names on so it looks like you mods have some work to do.

  3. Now i know that deals done on the forum are responsibility of the parties buying and selling but is there a way of reporting sellers that have not produced the goods to warn future buyers. I paid for an item back at the beginning of February and after being told a number of times it will be with me the following week i still dont have what i paid for.

On some other forums there are 'itrader' feedback so private sellers/buyers can see what feedback other members have received.

    Cheers

  4. 2004 UK GT car

    43k miles

Just put 6 months tax on it

    MOT until May

    Full Service History

    19/08/2004 - First Registration 10 Miles

07/10/2004- Oil & filter change 1824 Miles ( JFE Nissan Exeter)

    22/09/2005- P1 Service 7270 Miles (Nissan Aldershot)

11/09/06- P2 Service 16598 Miles (White Rose Nissan)

    26/10/07- P2 Service 26196 (Froxfield Service Centre)

    20/05/2009 - P3 Service 38368 (White Rose Nissan)

The receipt for the last service was £399 and that was with a 14% discount so there are no big bills to pay for many miles.

    The GT pack includes:

    18" wheels

    Heated leather seats (black)

    Upgraded Bose sound system

    Brembo brakes all round

    Cruise control

    Multi function steering wheel

The car is in great condition with subtle modifications including clear side reflectors in the front bumper, carbon fibre bumper insert, JWT pop charger and silvertec front bulbs. Currently there is a upgraded ipod CD player and Fujitsubo Legalis R exhaust which are not included in the price although nogatiable.

All four tyres are in great condition with plenty of miles left in them, the wheels are also good with only slight curbing. Most people seem to change the alloys first so maybe not an issue. The car was detailed at the end of last year by LNS Valeting. If any body has specific photos wanted or questions then please feel free to contact me, any viewing more than welcome.

now just to sell it on

  7. right back to the TVR's

I have made my mind up that its going to be a tamora. im not asking for your opinion about the car its self, more on the deal in hand.

So the guy is looking for £12k for his tamora. the price is low because he is looking to sell quickly due to moving and also the front valance needs repairing and some stone chips spraying, probably about £250 worth of work. The car has 25k miles with full service history, recent new clutch and flywheel and has 3 owners and in a desirable colour.

My car is a UK 2004 350z with the GT pack. 46k miles with FNSH and the last service being the p3 so nothing major for a while needed.

He has obvioulsly had a few people waste his time and said that he wants me to name my price and make him an offer. Im not really sure what the 350 is worth so its pretty hard to make him an offer? Any body really in the know?

Now if you were in my situation would you

    1. sell the nissan privately and then im in a better situation to bargain or look for something else (have other transport)

    2. save some more money and buy a minter for more like £16k

    3. just bite the bullet and go and see it and more than likely buy it

as you can probably tell im pretty confused about the whole thing. think im just looking for some advise as i cant talk to the other half as he will say not to buy it because its a tvr.

    cheers

    chris
