  1. No, genuine Nismo rims have stickers. Its just odd that those have no stickers and the rears are concave just like Rota's. The front lip spoiler isn't Nismo either, looks like some cheap replica of some kit, Wald maybe? Just seen a white one of Pistonheads with Nismo wheels and I can see the sticker and the wheel in general. It does look different so I can see what you are saying... Same applies to the front lip/ splitter.
  2. Ah I see. Great help Sarnie The car really is seeming overpriced (or to me personally anyway as I am more of an OEM guy)
  3. Either way that blue one was nice , it was sold when I seen it. So are the genuine wheels printed with Nismo on the rim? Similar to the BBS wheels?
  4. I am glad you guys are here to point these things out. First one is over priced for age/mileage Second one better value but still pricey. Third one is the best value imo due to mileage and the fact its a MY06, especially if you can get it for £12.5k +/- Fourth one looks dodgy to me. Those rims are Rota's I'm sure (no nismo sticker and the rear wheels look concave like Rota's). And £15k!?!?!?!?!? Cheers for your help. I will keep them coming as I see them. So you would assume them wheels on the Nismo one are not the real deal? I seen a similar kitted car on Pistonheads in the blue, was sold though. Turned out it was a guy from this forum when I checked the for sale section on here. Was beautiful, some real nice photography too.
  5. Yeah it is my favourite too but again just seemed a bit overpriced compared to others, although I am unsure as to what that kit etc values at.
  6. Cheers all. I will keep my eyes open. I have just put my Corrado up for sale on the forum to make room (full drive so need to make room for a ZED). But keep the Zed's coming if you come accross any! Quick question: Do these these cars seem reasonably priced? http://search.autotrader.co.uk/es-uk/ww ... gLetter=53 http://search.autotrader.co.uk/es-uk/ww ... gLetter=06 http://search.autotrader.co.uk/es-uk/ww ... gLetter=06 http://www.japperformanceuk.co.uk/jap/d ... php?id=422
  7. Hi, Kind of yeah, I am from Stockton, near Middlesbrough so not too far from Harrowgate/ Ripon.
  8. Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I thought so but I just read somewhere recently that they were cheaper . Anyway I am looking for a nice Gunmetal Grey Zed with the Alezan leather and preferably the Rays so if you see any that are made available please let me know . Cheers!
  9. I see, cheers lads. Is nsurance on imports generally cheaper?
  10. Ha yeah I am an idiot. I honestly never noticed the plates until someone pointed it out. Oh well atleast I will know from now on and not be stupid. Cheers!
  11. Does it say "Fairlady" on the rear? I think I have spotted it! Edit: It definitely does, I checked on autotrader and enlarged the photo. 1 point to me? I wonder why it was advertised as a GT4 (they are all UK?) on autotrader.
  12. Ah right, how can you tell that then? On the original add on autotrader: http://search.autotrader.co.uk/es-uk/ww ... gLetter=55 It just said GT4, I assumed that meant UK. My mistake as usual I guess .
  13. This is a friendly forum! I try not to be put off by reviews I read regarding the quality of the interior in the older models, is it true that the interior was nasty until 2006? This is the one I am going to view (I have not phoned yet so hopefully it is still available) http://www.harrogatemotorcompany.co.uk/ ... l?car=2232 Unsure whether or not it is overpriced etc so hopefully you could give me an overall evaluation? Cheers in advance!
  14. Thanks for the reply! The Rays are my favourite too at the moment! I guess I will only really know which I really prefer by seeing the GT4 wheels in the flesh. Thanks again.
  15. Hi all, This is my first post, so if it is not up to scratch please feel free to criticise. I am interested in purchasing a 350z... However, I am unsure as to specs etc. I have looked through the forum and picked a few things up along the away! Basic Questions: I am looking at a GT4 model? How is this different to a regular GT? (55 plate) Are the Rays a lighter wheel than that of the GT4? (just curious) Is there noticable driving different between the original and revised engine? Is there anything inparticular that I should be looking for when viewing the car? I have owned old VW's for the last few years (currently a Corrado VR6), I fancy a change and I hope it will be a pleasant one! Thanks for your help in advance guys, Jamie
