Hi all i bought these Nismo rear spats from sunset350z a few weeks ago and have had them all primed by the bodyshop but at the last minuite i was offered a new rear nismo bumper for the zed so these are now redundant
As i said brand new, just primed last weekend i paid £80 from sunset350z they are now primed and good to go!
I'll take £60 to shift them quiick including postage

I've given up with the idea of cf wrap for my bonnet and wondered how much one for my 55 coupe would be?
most website don't give prices ( you know who you are ) saying that ive found one in the usa a seibon OEM one which works out to £361 in our money but then there is shipping
anyone have a clue £400 is around my limit if thats realistic ?

I'd like to know if anyone has any recent experience in removing the stock spoiler and fitting an aftermarket one
A friend of a friend runs a bodyshop and ive asked him to rough quote me to remove old spoiler, spray the nismo v1 spoiler, fit it and respray the boot to make good probably get him to fill the holes behind the rear badge when it comes off to go for the smooth look + i will have to help labour for him and stuff
What do you think? is that a reasonable price you think, i've never had this sort of thing done before.
Around £250 he said

Spoilers and bodykits and bodyshops

Although i've been into modified cars since i could drive, its only now at the ripe age of 30 i'm actually doing the modifiying work myself with some help from experts when required.
I feel its only fair to make newbie people aware that these spoilers/splitters/body accessories countless people sell you require a lot more that just Bolting/ bonding on or Tiger sealing!
whilst you can go down this route and it will look like the 'chav down the road's bolt on Corsa kit' they don't ever fit as perfectly as people would lead you to believe, they require trimming, filing, filling/blending some more than others to look good
I'm no idiot or nieve but its opened my eyes and respect more now for what bodyshops have to do to create our dreams.
Please someone back me up and agree or is it all the body kit bits ive come across / bought ' don't say what they do on the tin'
Reality is you will pay at least the same again and probably more what you paid for your item to get fitted, prep'd and painted
