Once again another very nice Z. I didn't know how you guys do it living in England and owning these nice cars. I know everthing costs so much over there.
-
Nice looking Z. You guys have some very nice pictures of your cars. Is everyone on here a pro photographer??
-
Yeah buddy i meant the front fenders when i said front wings, i really think they set it off nicely.
Sorry about that. I have been living in the US for the last 13 years so I forgot the whole fender and wing thing. My body shop guy made them from some fiber glass wings he had in his shop. Someone had bought some wings that didn't fit and said he could keep them. He then cut the vents out and molded them to my metal fenders/wings. He did a good job. I have no idea what the brand was of the fenders they came off.

Now that's fast. I think it was a low flying plane.

What wheels are they?
They are Axis GT-R wheels. Do you like them? Everyone over here says they don't go with the car since it's now green and says I should get some black wheels. I think they look just fine.
looking sweet dude, nice jobthanks man. I wasn't trying to copy your Z it just turns out we both have good teaste
How does the whole number plate thing work over there then? Can you really just have what you like as long as nobody else has it?
It depends on the state you live in. I know in Florida you don't have to have a front number plate. You can get what ever you want on the rear plate as long as no one else has it and it needs to be approved the DMV to not be offensive. It cost something like an extra $15 per year to have it. Very Nice!! I know in England to get private number plates it's VERY expensive.
i think the front wings look really well. What make are they? Not 100% sure what part you are talking about. If you are talking about the front lip, it C-west.
Where did you get your shiny engine bay hoses? -
That was the longest 4 months of my life.
Some pictures of it at a Poker Run from the weekend.

Car's looking good as always. I see you have made some changes in your boot, very nice.

This Z looks amazing and quality pictures too. Job well done.
-
can't see where the wooden bed fits to the car
With the Z not having a back seat I sometime have to get that thing out to take care of business
-
We had just under 100 cars there. I don't know how much we raised, but last year we raised $6350.
the guy was wearing all that because it was cold on the morning and then nice and hot in the afternoon.
The gray Z with the body kit is also twin turbo'd. I like the car, but that's why it's personalizing.
We did have some good roads to drive on, but you are right, some English roads would of been better.

Hey Mike, have you met Gina yet?? She's in your area. You'll probably know her rather infamous widebody 350z.
Yep I know Gina very well. She used to be the prez of our car club. How do you know her??

What The Run is.........
The Run is an annual charity event held in the Tampa Bay area in commemoration of the rebirth of the Nissan Z car, the 350z. The 350z was launched in late 2002 and included in the purchase of each new vehicle was a promotional video called The Run. This video featured the new 350z racing through the vacant streets of Prague in an adrenaline packed chase that showcased on the car’s high performance heritage.
The original The Run event was held in September 2003, and this year’s event will be the 6th annual celebration of the launch of the new Z car. Club members and guest will take part in a “Poker Runâ€

The interior is called Frost over here. In the picture it looks brown, but it's not. Most of been the camera because of all the green in the picture. The parts are dirty because they had been finger printed. When my car was at the shop it got brokoen into and someone smashed my window and stole my amp. t was a good job they did go for anything else. This is the only picture I could find on the interior I have after I installed the tweeter.
thought you might like to see an other picture of the Z and a show.

Looks good man. We have a Z in our club with the same kit just in red. Really like the rear bumper. What do you have to do with your number plate to get it to fit??
-
really like that front lip.
you have a great combination with the spoiler and the front lip.
its suttle additions, but make the car look more aggressive.
its a look that i like.
shame i can't afford the nismo v2 spoiler at the moment.
Thanks!! The v2 spoiler is cheap now. Check this one out on Ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Nissan-3 ... ccessories
the only problem is getting someone willing to ship it to England. How much do they go for in England??
-
Mike. It must be hard for you, missing the English weather. Spent a great couple of days at Busch Gardens a few years ago.
That's cool, I like'd Busch Gardens. Anytime anyone is over this way shoot me a PM and I'll take you to a meet or car show.

Just got back from the body shop. Not too much new going on there. Here are the newest pix..
-
Welcome even though you joined before me My woman has a blule Z. I think it's one of the best colours.
-
Your Signature pic looks like a potential calendar entry, don't get any of that in Bristol!!!
We had a meet at Hooters. Good time, hot girls and hot cars. What more do you want..... maybe a Stella. Life is good.
-
Looks how's it looking now? Hope the damage isn't too severe...
Whereabouts in Bristol did you live? I grew up in Nailsea.
I lived mostly in the Kingswood area.
I'm going to the body shop today to see how the Z is coming on. I'll post some pix.
-
Very cool pix. I'd like to get one of these. Would you ship to the US if I paid for the postage?
I tried to make a clender with my club last year, but we had too many people complaining about their cars not getting in it. I think I'm going to do something more like you did were everyone get three votes. Thanks!

Sure it might not happen, but it could. That video will kill a good mood in a minute.

'03 factory Nav problem, help.

Here is what I know about the Navigation problem I'm having.
Everything was working fine until I was probing wires to do my alarm install using a volt meter. I unplugged the ECU to test some wires and when I plugged it back in my nav stopped working. When I turn the car on now the display comes on, but it's black with nothing else. The nav system makes two beep sounds. the first is a long beep and then a short beep. I have an updated nav DVD that I need to run a software CD for it to work. I have tried reloading that, but it didn't help. I have also tried putting the original DVD back in there and still no change.
Any info you have would be great. I would hate to have to take my Z to the dealership.
Thanks
