  1. I think the thing that's sticking out at the back was it's poor little head, as when I fingered it out, there was no head. I was gutted for it though as I like animals more than people.
  2. Ha ha! It won't fit my engine anyway. I thought I got lucky on ebay as there is also a twin turbo (greddy) kit for £3k and I reached for my credit card in a mental haste, but it's for LHD only Really want to go FI but just don't have the real money for the full job, so just enjoy my car as she is for the next few years.
  3. Maybe I was driving too fast? http://s592.photobucket.com/albums/tt4/ ... C00054.jpg
  4. I might be interested in something like this to cover up my scratched gear knob top. The silver paint has started to rub away and looks a little ratty. Like to see a picture first though.
  5. Yeah though similar. I've just ordered a new exhaust system so waiting on that one over the next few weeks as they make it up In the meanwhile I shall be fitting a spacer, hopefully motordyne, but have seen a skunk 2 that I may get for cheaper, also I have the jwt of yours fitted. So getting closer to my remap every day. Just need insurance quotes on these
  6. Don't worry about me - just ordered a new system
  7. I have just found a secondhand supercharger on ebay, checking for fitment!
  8. Strange isn't it that all these mods claim the power gains they do when it's not real. And we still buy them.
  9. I shouldn't think I'll be there until early september or the very back end of august. Haven't called them yet as I want my mods on and running properly first. I want a map as more torque is what I want anyway not top end. I need to find out if my map will be more successful with a piggy back.
  10. How much did you pay delivered? You got any more grunt from the engine bay then? That's really why I want one
  11. So if you'd had a piggy back fitted would you have seen even more gains from the mapping?
  12. After a spacer please. I want one that'll fit beneath a standard strut brace and allow the engine cover to fit back on. Basically I want my engine to remain looking stick. I have funds waiting. Cheers
  13. I have a JWT which claims approx 12bhp gains, I shall be fitting a Motordyne spacer very shortly which I think claims approx 12bhp, and I'm ordering an exhaust system this week that should give another 15bhp, claimed. So with all of these on, and after my learning ecu has been tricked/re-mapped into accepting these popular mods, ( at RS Tuning as they are only an hour away ) shouldn't my car end up being somewhere near the 320bhp+ region???? I notice Nurrish only got to (a respectable) 301bhp, and would have expected more? Would these higher figures be possible with a piggy back, or are the claimed figures just marketing?
  14. Be helpful if you gave some indication as to what price you are expecting. PM me if you'd like to as I'm shopping for an exhaust now. Cheers.
  15. I have four fitted in-line to my engine otherwise standard engine. With the JWT I also have fitted my car must be running around 400whp by now I really think you should buy five and rip your tyres off from stand-still
  16. Only thing is, when you get wasted by some tatty saxo's with big body kits, you'll grind your teeth and wish you was in your Z
  17. My cup holder is used by a midget as a form of transportation so the cooler seems like a good idea.
  18. Any one have a picture of this space exposed before I attack mine? Just after some more space as it's limited, but not to carry cloths and polish about, more like cans of beer and pasties and pies Are there connectors there to fit a sub already if I don't have the Bose system, or will I need to run it myself/
  19. I have a non- GT so no bose sub behind my drivers seat. So if I remove the plastic cover, is there a well in there I could use as additional storage, and hinge a standard glove box door on this? I'd like to know before I pop the cover off and completely ruin it by snapping all the catches off it.
  20. It's always worth having a spare set of wheels for track days if you ever go on one and scrubb your tyres off, that way you don't have to drive home illegally hoping it stays dry.
