welcome. Went to see that particular one. Roof wasnt working at the time it was probably just a fuse. We didnt find anything wrong mechanically had it inspected. Just the coolant pipe leak. Left it as the communication wasnt the best, owner wasnt around

But I can see he fixed it which is good. Yes youre right can pick up a mohair for £450. Or £800 fitted.

Actually very good condition and well taken care of zed for age tbf

Yep just in now for coolant leak, luckily spotted it before i bought, said they sorted, but now they are, and seeing as i know the guy from garage where being sorted it def will be

  2. If you have a look at my joining date, I've been here a long while. I used to have a silver 350z which i loved but needs must and it went.

A long time passed then had a 370z a couple of years ago and didn't get on with it. Got a civic type r fk2 and loved the handling, pace, styling etc but really missed a v6.

So with a bit of buttering up of the wife i picked this up yesterday 20190320_121948.jpg

Can't wait to start tinkering. Need to sort roof and @*!# washer jets first.

And as i do mileage I've kept the fk2

  3. Hi guys thanks for looking. Bought these bits with best intentions but need to clear some space as moving house.

The seibon rear spats and tarmac side diffusers are from an ex member and the mirror covers are brand new bought from tarmac and never fitted.

Pickup preferred (will knock money off) but i will post if needed.

Prices are as follows inc delivery

Real carbon fibre mirror covers - £60

Seibon carbon fibre rear spats - £200

Tarmac Sports side diffusers - £100

If you want all items I'll do for £330

Both the Seibon spats and side diffusers are showing some signs of use but the seibon spats are minimal which I've tried to show in pics.

    Any questions please ask

  4. Welcome to the forum.

I used to be on civinfo. Had a red type r. Loved it. I had a 350z, then a jcw mini (don't ask) then my type r. Went from that to a 3.2 v6 audi a4 cab because i missed the v6 of the 350z and nothing like it. So got rid and got myself a 370z.

I'll admit you need to drive both 350z and 370z. Both completely different cars. I'd say the 370z is a lot more refined than the 350z but with few choice mods is bang on. In places the 350z is starting to show its age, especially interior but still equally fun. I do miss my 350z i think. I say i think because i remember what it was like and i don't quite get the same feeling from the 370z.

  5. I can understand why you wouldn't want any future communication with Aldershot but I'd drop them a polite email with pics of the bungs just to inform them of this error that has gone unnoticed on supply and subsequent services of the car so that systems can be put in place to safeguard other customers.

I know they probably won't give a monkeys but it would be interested to see how they respond to your polite heads up.

Then forward their poor or lack of response to Nissan head office as really there are safety issues that could be going undetected all over the show if they really are that bad.

I did this when i got my first 370z from westway nissan in oldham. Crap response then included nissan uk and funny enough they changed their tune
