Not a GT hence why it has been for sale since last september but people will tell you the GT is not worth the extra money And its Gunmetal with standard rims. Gunmetal rocks! as do the standard rims I'm feeling quite insulted, just cause I liked the non-GT and normal wheels. Id.

Just an update to say I am still interested in selling my car, started to think about other things I could use the money for I'm in no rush but if your interested please get in touch, David.

I had my entire gearbox rebuilt to try and eliminate the noise from the clutch thrust bearing...it improved but still remains, just seems to be a trait of the Zed for some reason. Id.

I'd like to think it'll go for over 13k...but thats mostly as I'm auctioning mine tomorrow and would like at least 11k for it If the car has any kind of reserve, unless its low my bet is that it won't sell....tomorrow will be an interesting day

I think there are far nicer examples for much less money, my own included IMO. Certainly worth a look through the rest of the classifieds on this site as there are some lovely motors about at the minute. I would say you could save a decent chunk and get a cherished example to boot. Id.

Why doesn't the log book list is as a GT? You couldn't get the cruise control on a non-GT car, so its not a base with options. So why doesn't the reg show it to be a GT?? That would be my concern. Id. Neither V5 for my previous ZED or the current one states they are a 'GT' - whereas they both are. The car Mouldie is interested in is a UK GT - no question - but do check out the finance situation very carefully and get an inspection - seen too many posts of late where new buyers have not done their homework and then found gremlins which ruins/affects the ownership experience. Ah OK, my mistake, thought it might say it was a GT. I was thinking of when you run the reg tthrough an insurance firm and they know the spec. Sorry! Id.

Personally I prefer the cloth, it wears better and is grippier I found. Much easier to bear in the summer as doesn't roast you either. Now an alcantara re-trim would be nice though..... Id.

Quick update as no one reads beyond the first post I don't think! 05 Nissan 350z, UK car, Gunmetal silver, black carbon interior, 18" Alloy Wheels, Automatic Climate Control, 6-disc CD changer/cassette/radio, Xenon Headlights, electric folding/heated door mirrors, ESP/brake-assist etc, Nissan logo'd mats and rear tonneau cover, 27,000 miles and Full Service History. New Pirelli P zero tyres fitted all round and alloys recently refurbished as well. Just (06/05/2009!) been MOT'd and serviced. With 12 months tax just been put on as well. This car is a lovely clean example and I've really enjoyed owning it. Unfortunately the time has come to move on and I have a genuine reason for selling but am in no rush.
