cobra high flow cats and reflash/map

Hi all. I am thinking about getting high flow cats and remap before you say it I have looked around for info and can't find anything definitive so am asking now. What are the likely gains on my HR. I am told the car will feel more responsive and a better driving experience. Anyone had this done already would love to hear your experience of this. Cheers
