Bluetooth - Which Speakers Should Function?

I've recently fitted the OEM bluetooth adapter which is paired up and working fine. My only concern is the fact it's really quiet? The voice only seems to come from the speaker/tweeter near the drivers window and even when turned up to 31 it's not really loud enough.

 

This could well be linked to the fact that when playing CD's only the drivers side speaker works? Radio and Aux cable everything works.

 

I won't even get started on the 'Pardon' issue as the volume is more important!
