Bluetooth Microphone Location

I still need to get round to putting my bluetooth microphone in at some point after fitting my Pioneer HU. Any tips for doing this? I want to do this in a relatively easy way without taking too many panels off if possible! Ideas anyone?

Up the A pillar and clip onto roof liner.

I just fitted mine behind the rear view mirror. Did not have to remove any trim. Ran the cable under the front edge of the headliner, poked it into the top of the A-Pillar plastic trim, then run under the edge of the door seal. Took 5 mins.
