ARE THERE CHEAPER ADAPTER CABLE OPTIONS?

Hi all, I've purchased a new Kenwood touch screen stereo after reading the info on the forum as what i needed on the system, but now I need to install it, and after looking around the cost for the cables and facia to make it fit is coming up between £60 - £70. Is this the going price for the Bose/steering wheel adapter and other bits? seems a bit steep.

Yep I saved money by leaving the steering wheel control out and doing the buster bid to boost the volume so I did not need that part :-)
