Replace Bose with HU and retain bluetooth functionality

Hi all,

 

Is there any way to retain the functionality of the bluetooth/phone steering wheel controls after replacing the Bose HU with an aftermarket one?

 

I am guessing that the OEM mic can be retained, the bluetooth cradle won't be of any use since the new HU will have built-in bluetooth, but what happens with the steering wheel controls for the bluetooth? I know that the steering wheel controls can be retained using the right loom, but I'm not so sure if it'll be possible to let's say answer a phone call using the factory steering wheel controls.
