Scrubbing sound when turning right

Hi guys,

Has anyone any ideas what this could be? it only happens when I turn right, sounds like the tyre is scrubbing the plastics on the driver side wheel arch, I've turned the wheel fully to check for scrubbing but there is plenty of clearance. I don't really notice it unless I'm turning at 25mph+ and it sounds faster the faster I go.

I only noticed it after I had some work done: banana arms, drop links, upper wishbone bushes and brakes pads.

Also, there's a slight crunch kinda sound from the same arch when I go over speed bumps, I've been to the garage several times and they noticed it starts creaking as it get jacked up but they can't find what's causing it...

Thanks for any help on this
