Ecu reset?

Hi guys I have been fitting a induction kit and I fitted the air sensor in up side down and the engine management light has reared it's ugly head:( I have put the stock air intake system back on and the engine management light is still on! Can I reset this and how?

It's easy enough to do,reset mine the other week, just follow everything on the link.Dont worry if you get it wrong just do it again.I counted it in my head to be honest but when you press the throttle press it hard like it says.
