which y pipe is best?

evening all!

 

I had my car up on the ramp today just to have a good look underneath, the exhaust system is looking fairly knackerd so im thinking about replacing it.

 

just had a quick scan on ebay and found 2 styles of y pipe, just wondered which style would be best?
