Cherished Accord Type R - 2001 Facelift / Red / Choice upgrades  (£3,250)

2001 Y Reg ATR (facelift) in Vesuvio Red

85k miles

Full mega extensive service history (I'm talking a book with every receipt since new inc pages of invoices, thousands spent)

Oil changes with fully synthetic fluids, including all the gearbox oil, coolant etc at least yearly / in line with Honda service schedule by local specialist

 

All keys / V5 / Books

 

ATR mats

 

6+ months MOT

 

Taxed until April 2013

 

No service due for nearly a year

 

HPI clear - welcome any inspection at all

 

Recent work done:

Power steering pipe (the big one)

Service

4 x new tyres (Ventus Evos - check Evo tyre test - I've always loved them) - <1,000 miles old

Brand new Solid Fabs exhaust (unique, non chav - check ATR owners club for info)

New brake lines and fluid

New front calipers (rears were done a few years ago too) - you can tell as they need painting, lol)

 

Modifications - all within my ownership (eg < 4 years)

 

White Rota Torque Alloys

Uprated brakes (Honda OEM pads on it, new-ish Hawk HP+ comes with the car)

Full Koni Yellow shocks and Eibach Springs with adjustable damping (been on the car around 2 years - original suspension included)

Typhoon Red induction kit

Brake cylinder stopper

Mildly uprated ICE - new head unit with Ipod / Aux in and uprated speaker in rear / doors

Exeddy clutch and lightened flywheel - spare clutch and fly (used) included

Solid engine mount

Strut brace (front) in red

 

Points to note:

 

Bodywork is very very good for its age... as a detailer, I look after my cars. The red paintwork is essentially spot on - swirl free etc.

Few stone chips and tiny pin prick dings (I'm talking 2, and too small to photograph)

Small 5p size lacquer chip on rear bumper

Wheels probably due a refurb - no damage, not badly kerbed at all - but the N/S/F on the inside has peeling paint due to brake fluid spillage

Mechanically as good as they get - massive amount spent on it in my ownership - receipts here for literally thousands and thousands of pounds - I look after my cars!

 

So, in summary, a cherished ATR in excellent condition - mechanically A1, cosmetically nearly A1 - low miles, known to the owners club

 

I'm looking for £3,250, ready to rock with all the kit mentioned, spare oil, tax and nothing needed.
