Heater

Hi, I bought a 350z recently, and the heater only comes on when the heater guage is turned to the Max temperature. If I turn it down just one notch no heat comes out.

 

Doesn't seem to matter what the temperature is outside, seems to do the same thing. Anyone got any ideas?
