Sidewayz Posted July 10, 2012 Share Posted July 10, 2012 Hi guys, Got some annoying noises coming from the car recently. First off is the knocking, I've changed the hub carrier ball joints, drop links and banana arm bushes which has cured most of the knocking. There's still a small bit of knocking going on over bumps and the same knock occurs once when I suddenly apply the brakes and once again when I release the brakes quickly, it knock more constantly when I'm lightly braking too. The knocking only happens at low speeds. There's also a creaking sound coming from the near side front since I upgraded the bushes in the upper wishbone and lower control arm. This only happens when I go over a bump at low speeds, it's as if something rusty is rubbing against something. Is there any other part of the suspension that causes knocking?
