steering wheel change

HI,

I have an 05 350 roadster, GT

I currently don't have the stereo or phone controls on on my steering wheel just the cruse control, can I just fit a new steering wheel or a second hand one with the extra controls on it and plug it strait in, ie are the leads in place already, its the upgraded stereo that came with the GT that's in the car, or can you get a loom for it to get it to work,
