Brake pads & bulbs issue....

Can anyone inform me where to purchase rear brake pads for an '02 JDM? Had a gander at eBay that claim to be for my car but there's a number of different advertisements that all look different lol.

Also, one of my headlight bulbs (Only the 'dip' function) has blown, the garage it's just been serviced at says it's £100 FOR A BULB! Is this true? Kakking myself about it! Lol.

Anyone know about bulbs? I did look in that guys shop but couldn't find any...
