Japspeed Nissan 350Z Y-Pipe Back Exhaust - K2

Hi

 

I would like to put Japspeed K2 centre pipe/rear box, on my October 2006 350Z, but they advertise fitment only up till 2005

as Nissan used different exhaust on cars in 2006 for 6 months. Does anyone know what that's all about and would it fit ?

 

Any help or advise about replacement appreciated, would really prefer original I guess but too expensive for just steel.
