Nismo bumper - Genuine?

i remember my genuine nismo coming with the cutouts for the headlight washers, and also looks well made, may be worth emailing to see if it has the nismo stamp on the inside middle, mine did

 

i bought a shine v2 bumper, if i didnt i think this would be worth it if genuine!
