Replacing rear bumper clip

Hi All,

 

I need to replace this clip:

 

 

And have been told it's just 3 screws, however looking at the guide below it says I have to remove the rear light - is this correct?

Also the guide appears to be the wrong order, would the clip would be easier to replace if I remove the next 2 screws and then slide the bumper back.

 

What's the quickest way to replace this clip?

Unless the clip is broken its removed as in the guide, you can remove all the 10m bolts first if you like but you will need to still rotate that clip 90 degrees to release it.
