Hi,

 

I have 2003 Zed with original 2003 bird view disc, If I am able to acquire a more recent disc is it simply a matter of just swopping the disc or is there more to it.

I believe certain map versions will only run with certain releases of the Birdview software. I think the latest systems used version 7.x software. So, for example. if you currently have version 6.x software and obtain a map revision that requires version 7.x it won't work.

 

Plus older systems ran off CD whilst newer ones use DVD. I think it changed around 2005 looking at other threads on here
