Needed guide for removal centre console with sat

I'm looking for a guide with pics on how to remove the centre console of an 03 JDM with sat nav including the bit where the hand break up to the compartment just behind

I had a look around with no luck but I seems to remember someone else asking for it.

 

any idea?
