Grr Passenger electric windows

Hello all

 

Have an issue with my passenger electric window, it doesnt go down well thats strictly not true it will go down every so often then it will not go up for a while, and when it goes up, it will go to the top then back down again.

 

Also sometimes when it doesnt work, it will just click as if its trying to go down.

 

Any ideas
