Chasing Lock issue

Afternoon all,

I just got my first z bit of a project. It’s got a couple minor things first thing I’m trying to tackle is the lock issue. You can use the manual locks to open both doors. You can use the key to unlock the outside door but this sets of the alarm.

what you can’t do is use the key to unlock the car with the fob and you can’t use the internal switch to lock and unlock the doors.

does anyone have any good pointers to what could be the issue or where to start with. I’m going to check the internal fuse board and see what that’s like first.

 

TLDR:

Inside power lock no work
key fob no work
manual locks inside and outside do work (but sets car alarm off until key is in ignition)
