10w50 too heavy?

Hi guys, I was just wondering if 10w50 would be too heavy ? Got a oil change coming soon , been using 5w40 and 10w40, I occasionally to on the track, but when I do the oil comes out straight after, but I do drift on weekends pretty much every weekend ( not on track 🤷‍♂️ it is what is is) 2am streeto sessions 😂, I know there guys running 10w60 but that is just track, would 10w50 be ok for a bit of drifting and normal cruising?
