Rear Wiper Spring Help..

Youve probably guessed from the title what ive done,..

I needed to replace my rear wiper blade for the first time,

I picked up the wiper, i must have pulled it back too far

and my wiper spring flew off, its not broke but its very stiff

and a bugger to try and put back on.. any tips or help please..??
