2002 Pre-Bose Japanese import - Tweeter question...

Had my car for a month - installed some new front speakers and a Pioneer Dual Din. Realised the car had tweeters, but went to look today in the drivers side and there is not one there. So a couple of questions:

 

1) Best tweeters to buy for the 350z - or my one?

2) See pic - the wire, is that the Tweeter wire?

3) Is there anything else I should be considering?
