Front bumper/ drivers side wing

Had a bit of a ding, all cosmetic but need a bumper, wing, headlight cover and screenwash bottle. What's the most most cost effective way/quickest way of procuring all of the above? I've never really had to deal with body shops, should I just take it somewhere and let them find the stuff or am I better off trying to find parts myself? 

 

If anybody knows anybody in Co Durham that's good that'd be a help.
