Desperately need help guys

My 2008 HR has an intermittent throttle problem where every now and then the throttle becomes completely inactive. I push the pedal and nothing happens. I’ve already swapped the pedal sensor with one from a working car but the problem keeps coming back. Strange thing is there is no lights and no codes. Any thoughts? Much appreciated
