Rust / paint recommendations for South West?

Hey all =)

 

I have bubbles on the arches and a couple of rust spots elsewhere.  I don't imagine that these have happened in isolation and other parts underneath probably need poking at.

 

Can anybody recommend anywhere good in the South West both for rust treatment and respray?  I'm located in Taunton (between Exeter & Bristol).

 

If they happen to be cheap, that would also be good
