Carlab Reverse/rear signal lights - water & new leds?

Hi,

 

Quite a while ago I bought these, installed and have been fine. In the last month they've gone from working perfectly to most of the red lights not working because water has got in (some of the red lights are dim, not stopped completely).

 

The reverse and turn signals still work fine. With me not being technically minded I wondered if someone could tell me, if I uninstall & dry out will the red leds be alright again (guess not if anything like other bulbs)?

 

Also I was thinking I could get an led strip to go in there to replace the red part if it's died, anyone know if it's doable and recommend where to get the led strip?
