Need to remove the dash.. any help please

Im changing my awful single unit stereo finally for a double din dvd player with digital tv and other useful things.. theres going to be a lot of wires as im linking this screen to a slave on in cubby hole for better view position..

 

Im gona have to remove the centre console and part of dash to do this.. can anyone pls send me instructions/photos or previous posts showing how to remove the centre console /dash?.. as its my first time, i dont want to break it cos it'll prob cost a bomb from Nissan to replace.
