Driver's side Rear brake line Cover/Guard (Unknown name - Underneath)

Does the Title make sense to anyone?

 

it's abit of metal that attaches to the chassis with plastic add-on that attaches to the wheel arch liner.

 

When i installed my Cobra Zorst it was rubbing slightly and a friend who likes to call himself a mechanic/pyrotech , Butchered this part completely trying to fix the issue..

 

First by Melting the plastic with Oxy (after i told him not to) , didn't need it and now a nut has came off fixing the metal part to the chassis so... yeah the noise is back and couldn't find a spare nut to replace it and the F#@!ing thread where you bolt it to the chassis is damaged from where it has been flapping about. In Hindsight i should have done this myself lol.

 

Does anyone know what the part is officially called i can't find it anywhere and might have to sneak into a scrap yard
