Upgrading Disks - but which ones?

I have been running some EBC Redstuff pads on the Zed for a while. They are a great fast road pad with good cold performance and lots of confidence when hot.

 

My disks are getting a bit tired now so I want to replace them, does anyone have any advice on which to go for?

 

I want to keep my Brembo calipers and the EBC pads so looking towards a drilled / grooved disk of similar size.

You have a few choices from EBC, DBA, Performace Friction a lot depends on your budget.
