Djb92 Posted November 28, 2016 Share Posted November 28, 2016 I was cleaning the zed this weekend when I noticed I had some paint bubble on the roof. I think that water is getting in around the windscreen due to the finishing strip at the top of the screen seeming to shrink in the winter. leonk Posted November 28, 2016 Share Posted November 28, 2016 It's more likely the windscreen has been replaced at some point and they've scratched through the paint getting the adhesive off, leaving bare metal. The rubber trim covers this and is fitted when they fit the screen. Probably not what you want to hear but to fix the rust properly and re paint, is a screen out job.
