350z touring alloys

picked up a set of touring alloys and looking to change 2 ofthe tyres.

 

All 4 alloys are 18x8jj et 30 however 2 are stamped front and 2 stamped rear. what the difference? would i be able to put fronts on the rear and vice versa?

 

Also, can i run 245/45 tyres all round or do i need the staggered tyre sizes?
