Having just been inspired by his 'only 75...' marketing strategy, I've just put mine on......
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Nissan-350Z-GT4-W ... 4a9fe41239
(I'd much prefer to sell them to a fellow forum member though for a reasonable offer... )
What would be a reasonable offer? £400
I don't think so.

you need to correct your Ebay add for facts - there were 176 GT4 for the UK and the GT4 wheels were also fitted to many of the run out models before the 370 arrived

Is the £370 price quoted for a pair of side skirts or is it the price for one individual skirt? Thanks

Hi All,
Does anyone know where I can get hold of some touch-up paint for the sunset orange metallic - paint code A17. I can't find it anywhere online.
Cheers

My love affair with Zeds is drawing to a close with the sale of my JDM roadster. I imported it direct from Japan two years ago and it was a grade 5A (mint condition) vehicle.
The complete roof incl. mechanism was replaced earlier in the summer.
Pics and more details on pistonheads:

Price reflects condition, mileage and spec. but I'm open to sensible offers...

Re rear glass any windscreen replacement company would have done that for you but well done on fixing it yourself
-
Right, they have now found the problem(s).
The roof wont work.
Parts needed to fix it are an actuator, catch ( rings a bell Lee) and motor.
Bargain price for these £1300 fitted.
I had my roadster roof vandalised (actually just the rear glass smashed) - I thought I could just replace the glass - but oh no, Nissan kindly informed me that I needed to replace the whole roof. They gave me a choice of replacing just the roof for £2.5k or the complete roof with motor/mechanism for the bargain price of £11.5k plus labour.
Of course I told them where to go and bided my time until a complete roof came up on ebay with motor/mechanism for £500. Fitted it myself with the help of a couple of mates - straight swap, no need for a jig or any other professional alignment service. I now have my roadster back with a newer roof and absolutely no leaks - result!
The point is that if you can find a complete roof secondhand thats been professionally removed then perhaps its much better than paying over the odds for a couple of small motor parts.

To a regular punter or that website?
I sold it to a nice chap who travelled up from Devon to pick it up today (that website is a joke and the guys behind it a bunch of cowboys)
In the end, I got close to asking price so happy to finally conclude the sale.

Take as much of the Nismo stuff off as possible
There's only really the nismo clutch and spoiler left. Will be leaving them well alone!
-
That valuation was from a couple of months back, so I just did it again and this came back....
"We will buy your car for £11,980*"
So, looks like I'll go drop it off at the end of the week....... (as long as there's no catch!)
-
OK i've been out of the country on business for a few weeks, but I'm back now and relisted my car on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2006-NISSAN-350Z- ... 286.c0.m14
I can't believe no one has taken this off my hands at this price - I've looked around and can't find an 06 model anywhere in this price range (jdm or uk spec). If you're thinking its priced so low so there must be something wrong with it, WELL THERE ISN'T! Its only done just over 12k miles and is totally flawless.
Just to illustrate how low the price is, I tried out the webuyanycar.com valuation online - even these supposed rip-off merchants are offering over £11k for it (even taking into account its an 'import'). So, if no one wants a bargain, I may be tempted to cash in with these guys - but I would rather it goes to someone here who will appreciate it!
Cheers

Is yours the Zed that parks in Kennington/Oval in the Business Square? looks suspiciously like it... well before you took the decals off. Looks better without imo.
Yep, thats the one - its now my commuter car until it sells........
