thanks for all the great help and comments since joining the 350z forum.

ive had many cars and this is by far the best forum for helpful advice and usefull information.

i took a deposit for my car on friday and hopefully the full sale will go through without any problems. i had alot of offers, some stupid and a few at the full price but it was first come first serve so a nice chap from down south got a deposit to me on friday and treated himself to a nice 30th birthday present!!

i will definatly recommend this site to him and i will keep checking in on the forum and see how he goes with the z and what mods he decides to do.

ive been offered £19000 but not getting a deposit till tuesday so its up for grabs for anyone who wants it for £19000 and can get a depsit to me before tuesday

cheers sarnie, i know what you mean about the wheels. suppose its personal taste and the photos don't do them justice at all.

it helps that they were a bargain aswell!!

wasn't sure if the price was abit high as ive only been offered £18,250 trade in on the 911 so ive got 3weeks to sell privatly while i wait for the 911 or i'll have to part chop it in.

think it would be a shame to let it go for that little and some dealer make a profit on it.

dont wana sell it at all, its the best car ive ever had, and ive had lots!! but i want the 911 and i cant have both, im skint already!

thanks very much chaps for posting it up here. any questions please ask. yes its the invidia with removable baffles and its loud when you want it to be but sounds lovely. its abit to boomy with the baffles out tho.

gave the wheels a polish today and they look completly different. anyone got any comments on price or anything to help?

finally recieved mine earlier this week and just fitted. they sound amazing

its probably just the noise but the car feels more responsive with them fitted

highly recommend to all

p.s. thats with an aftermarket exhaust (invidia)

i ordered some early december but still havn't recieved them yet. no one seemed that interested so just ordered them on my own. its been 4weeks now

i know £600 is really cheap and i do like these wheels. just not sure if they're worth £875. does any1 know what 18" rays with bridgestones mint condition have been going for?

have a look at this guys recent purchase item num 200031838581 he bought these wheels second hand in september for £600 buy it now. tyres are now more worn and he wants £875!!!

just looked it up on a jap tuning mag and it says 6.2.

its only about 150kg extra so wouldn't of thought it would make a difference like that

oh and forgot to say, on paper the roadster is about a second slower to 60mph (5.9 coupe - 6.8 roadster taken from autocar)

personally i didnt like the dive of the roadster it didnt feel as solid and much less grunt.

you should definatly try both thats just my opinion.

ive recently joined the Z club from a 04plate scooby sti prodrive and although the Z isnt as quick and doesnt feel as quick the drive is so much more enjoyable.

ive had allot of cars inc - integra type R, rx7 twin turbo, E36 M3, E46 330 sport convert, scooby sti, z3 (abit gay i know) but i like theZ the most. dont let the badge put you off.

the power is always there due to the v6 it will pull nice in any gear where as the scooby didnt do much below 4000rpm due to turbo lag.

make sure you get plenty of test drives and keep the needle goin to red line for the amazing v6 sound and grin factor!

i dont regret it one bit.

oh and think the nismo kit looks amazing! completly transforms the car imo. you can get a nismo replica kit for £550 inc rear spoiler (EPRacing 01509 844300) and they have some1 that fits and sprays them for £300 - £400. think its the removal and fitment of the rear spoiler that they have trouble with and they also have to cut your nismo bumper to fit the original headlight washers so it does take 4-5 days.

i will post you some pics of the kit fitted 2moro
