Wish I could offer a template but it took me quite a few goes to get it right and only place it exists now is in CNC programming for guy who cuts them for me.
Easily done though if you have the patience and a jigsaw.

Can't really see the lips in that picture myself, but the Type G has a small lip on the arches to accommodate larger wheels (wheels are wrong for Type G in the zele pic also).
