    hi all, i have a baby on the way and therefore have to get my finances in order, so i am selling my pride and joy, my black 370z, full gt pack, manual gearbox, sat nav, illuminated entry guards, scorpion exhaust system that sounds fantastic and makes the car (but if buyer prefers i will have original put back on), bought end of august 10 so just over 11 month old, 15,000 miles, mostly motorway, paint protection, had first service at main dealer, just sent for 6 months tax, excellent condition with no dents or scratches, over 2 years manufacturers warranty left, very looked after car and reluctantly selling, for quick sale offers close to £24,000, cost new with this spec, £32,500. thanks kev on 07984240536, also selling private plate - LA 04 KEV, NO TIME WASTERS PLEASE.

    hi all, first i would like to thank martinmac and mitz for organising the exhaust for me, i will be doing sound clip and photoes this weekend, but i must say that scorpion exhausts have done a superb job both with the manufacture and fitment of the system on my car, it looks great, the car feels smoother and quicker, but most of all it sounds fantastic, far better than i could have imagined, so thanks again to martinmac, mitz, and scorpion. kev

    hi, lights are altezza z lights from usa, cost me over £250 and a lot of waiting and hassle from postal service, but they are pretty cool, i am waiting for responce from another buyer for the lights and exhaust but if he does not get back to me i will contact you straight away, thanks kev

    155-167 is quite a bit of speedo error.

     

    It would have been useful to have GPS confirmation, as there may have been other factors such as going downhill and backwind. There are also variations in performance between individual engines, so a car that is not electronically limited will have varying top speeds amongst different examples.

     

    In the 350, an actual 155 reads about 158.

     

    no GPS but there was no wind at all the whole trip and i would only risk that speed when it was flat and a dead straight road, and there was good acceleration all the way up, it dident get to 150 and then struggle up to 167 it seemed to just stop at 167, but am happy at that, fast enough for anyone, to be honest anything over 150 in the 370z seems unsafe even on a straight road. thanks for the input mate, kev,

    The 370Z is meant to have an actual (not restricted) top speed of 155 mph. The 350Z is electronically limited to 155 mph. With the 370Z, they had to add a spolier on in the U.K. to get the car up to 155 mph; I think it has longer gearing than the 350Z, so despite having a more powerful engine, is meant to have a lower theoretical top speed. This is what the guy from Nissan Europe told me anyway.

     

    if thats the case then 167 is quite a bit higher, maybe speedo error but i have been 155 in both the 350zs that i had many times and this did seem a lot faster, keep the comments coming please

    hi all, well am back from my trip to germany, picked my new 370z up on 24th and its now got 3,000 miles on clock, total average of 25.1 mpg, i did a top speed of 167, i thought it was suppose to be restricted to 155 but 167 it had on clock before it stopped accelerating, i must say its a lot quicker than the 350z, very good all the way up to top speed, i dont know if the limiter kicked in or it just ran out of steam at 167 but it did not feel safe at that speed, only criticism of the car is when breaking at high ish speeds the car does want to snake all over the bloody road if your not firmly holding on ( does anyone else who has a 370z find this to be the case as it seems dangerous ????? ), a few other little things am not happy about but only serious one is the breaking and i will wait for your responses to this before i talk to nissan to resolve it but over all very happy, :drive1 hear is a link to some pics of car -

    hi all, yesterday i got my 370z gt sat nav in black and just 24 hours later i scraped a curb and chunked my lovely new wheel :doh: , what a plank i am and am sure you will all agree, anyway i go to germany in it tomorrow so i will list a pic when i get back, :drive1

    hi all, i have decided to go for a new 370z so my pride and joy of the moment is for sale, garages offer rubbish trade in deals, my car is 07 gt in black with sat nav, 29,000 miles with full dealer service history ( serviced last week), it has a vielside bodykit on (cost over £2000), and large chrome wheels (cost over £2500 and i have 2 new ones in ma loft - long story), stainless steel big bore sports exhaust (sounds awsome), z rear lights (cost over£300 from usa) i have the original rays alloys (only been used in winter and in excellent condition) and original exhaust also only on car for a few months, original lights, and all body parts in bubble wrap in ma loft which were only on car for 4 month so in mint condition, car is in brilliant condition and all who see it say it looks stunning, its still under manufacturers warranty till 10th march 2010, i want £19000 for it as it is and you get all the original bits as well, or i will put it back to original spec ( gt black with sat nav) and sell for £17500, and i will sell bodykit, exhaust, wheels and lights seperatly.

    yes badge makes a diff, am waiting for new badge to arrive, its a pearl black one from k2hks0( 206) on ebay, new with choice of chrome satin or pearl black for only £20 !!! am still trying to get a set of altezza black led lights for rear, and answer to all questions bout lights, it is a 07 car, thanks kev,

    It's certainly a different approach to most bodykits people have fitted :) I'd like to see it in the flesh

     

    well i wanted to make the car a little sexier and stand out a little more, i was in two minds weather or not to do it in the first place, car is only a year old , but i agree with most of the comments, spoiler is a little big, front is ok but too low (not speed bump freindly) i dont like the square bits to the rear bumper, kit fits pretty good but not perfect, and i have lost the towing eyes and my head light washers, it looks too much like summat from tokyo drift (too boy racer realy) and the wheels will bling it up even more, oh well, good thing is nothing has been altered for it to fit to car and i can have it put back to original any time, probably wont be long till i dammage front bumper anyway, thanks all kev

    That front is absolute gash, but the back is somewhat better (the spoiler is a little too large IMHO, but then so are most Zed spoilers so there you go).

     

    That front though... Honestly... Tell me you won the bet? ;)

     

     

     

     

     

    Each to their own bud anyways, it's your car not mine and as long as you're happy that's all that matters. Hell, it might just be the angle of the photos and it could look okay in the flesh for all I know.

     

    i think it is the angle actually, cos the front is good, its the back i dont like, and to be honest i wish i hadent bothered at all as its been nowt but trouble getting the kit on properly, and the bonnet did not fit at all properly so i kept original on, i carnt seem to find any vents to put in it thou, anyway thanks for your comments kev

    i have seen that one on ebay mate but have you seen the price, they are only 139 dollars at racerwheel, but they dont seem to ship to uk and havent answered my emails as yet, dont get me wrong if i have to i will pay the price as i have to have those lights, thanks thou, kev
